Brussels, 20 October 2026 – PwC Belgium closed its fiscal year 2026 (July 2025 – June 2026) with net revenues of €439.9 million. The results remain positive (+0.3%) while reflecting a subdued economic environment and changing client expectations. Over the past year, the firm accelerated its transformation through targeted investment in learning and development, technology and a more flexible operating model—building the capabilities needed to act today and prepare for what comes next.

Performance across the firm’s three businesses was balanced. Assurance recorded €151.0 million in net revenues (-0.4%), Tax & Legal Services €144.7 million (+3.2%) and Advisory €144.2 million (-1.8%). Tax & Legal Services grew net revenues by 3.2% compared with the previous year, supported by technology, new delivery models, and a strong market presence. Advisory closed below the previous year as demand slowed, while Assurance retained its strong position in the Belgian market.

“Our results mirror the economy we serve—resilient, but under pressure,” says Patrick Boone, Chairman of PwC Belgium. “Clients are asking us to help redesign how their businesses work—not simply introduce new technology. That requires deep industry knowledge, trusted expertise, and people who can turn innovation into practical outcomes. We’re making clear choices: investing in future-ready skills, focusing on the sectors where we can deliver the greatest value, and combining our capabilities with those of our alliances.”

AI changes the work—not the need for judgement

At PwC Belgium, average daily use of AI tools has reached 72%. That figure matters less as a technology statistic than as evidence of a broader shift in how professional work is performed. AI can analyse, draft and automate at remarkable speed. It can free people from repetitive tasks and widen access to expertise. But it cannot assume responsibility, understand every business context or replace ethical and professional judgement.

AI doesn't replace the advisor. It changes what clients ask advisors to do. PwC Belgium combines technology with human thinking, ethical judgement, and sector expertise so clients can transform with confidence. Its Assurance teams are also developing services that address emerging needs such as trust in AI.

Grow here. Go further.

PwC Belgium employed 1,979 people representing 58 nationalities in FY26. On average, each person completed 89 hours of training. This investment supports the firm’s commitment to help people grow as professionals and individuals, with access to the latest technology, personalised career support, and opportunities to build skills that create greater impact.

“Grow here. Go further.” captures the shared commitment behind this approach—PwC Belgium provides the tools and opportunities, while its people take ownership of their development. The ambition is clear—to be the employer of choice for talented people who want to learn, grow, and succeed.

Impact beyond business

PwC Belgium strengthened its societal impact—31% of its workforce contributed 3,816 hours to community activities, reaching 223 beneficiaries and generating €261,374 in community value through pro-bono work, skilled volunteering, and donations. Initiatives supported the fight against cancer, teenage refugees, people in vulnerable situations, De Warmste Week, Viva for Life, and Special Olympics athletes.

Environmental actions also moved forward. 99.7% of PwC Belgium’s fleet was electric or hybrid, while total energy consumption was 56% lower than in fiscal year 2019, its baseline year. PwC Belgium also renewed its partnership with the Red Devils, continuing a collaboration that brings people together through the power of sport. Together, these efforts reflect the firm’s commitment to an inclusive society and reducing the environmental impact of its work.

About PwC

At PwC, we help clients build trust and reinvent so they can turn complexity into competitive advantage.
